How to choose a spare part
Spare parts are numbered in the form - Product name # number. The number after the # grid indicates the part of a specific spare part. Especially for rods, the smallest number #1 is the tip, and the largest is the handle. The handle will be marked as #2 for the two part rod. For three part rod the handle will be marked as #3, because #2 is the middle part. The exceptions are feeder rods, where the tip is not the spare part itself, and the mark #1 represents the uppermost part of the blank itself - the part where the feeder tips are inserted. RIVER TROPHY NXT XTREME is, just like the NXT version, suitable for feeder technique on the rivers and river currents, and on all the places where you need a solid rod with a heavy casting weight. In this case however, the blank has even more power which works best in extreme conditions.
Like the previous version, the NXT is designed for feeder river fishing in places where it is necessary to use a rigid rod with a high casting load. Thanks to the 24T carbon solid blank, you can also stop strong fish escaping, whilst not losing the benefits of the feeder rod at all. Blank has a casting load of up to 250g allowing you to use heavy feeder baskets, a necessity in the river stream. In the lower part of the blank above the handle, back of the rod is reinforced with a dark cross stocking, as was the case with the previous model. PowerWrap technology was used for the rest of the blank attracting attention on the first contact with the rod. Its essence lies in the additional winding of carbon around the blank achieving a significant increase in strength and resistance to overload, meaning a much longer life and reduced susceptibility to mechanical damage. Individual parts of the rod are reinforced with a steel PowerJoin ring minimizing the possibility of shattering damage to the joint.
RIVER TROPHY NXT has quality eyelets with SIC filling and a solid reel seat. One of the most interesting elements of the rod is undoubtedly its elaborate handle. It is designed from a combination of EVA and RUBBER CORK materials together creating a beautifully designed handle. Due to the nature of the blank, the rod is supplied with 2. carbon and 2 CarbonGlass tips, with enlarged guide eyes.
