After a huge success of the previous generations of the rod OPIUM, it was hard to come up with something new. However, we still managed to do it with a 3G model that will impress many feeder anglers. The third generation called OPIUM BlacXFEEDER is a jewel among feeder rods.

The base of this rod is a well-known 30T carbon blank with some new improvements. It’s eye-catchingly slim, lightweight, and it can handle fights with bigger fish while using thin rigs. When fishing with OPIUM 3G, you’ll get the most of its full parabolic action and you can always absolutely rely on it.

This rod has a high-quality ergonomic FUJI reel seat with an EVA foam on the sides, guides with SiC inserts and a handmade pattern on a carbon wrap above the handle.

The biggest asset is the handle itself. From now on, you don’t need to deal with an old dilemma whether to buy a comfortable cork handle that is hard to maintain or a rubber-coated handle that’s easy to maintain but it’s not that comfortable. The new generation of OPIUM has a handle covered in TechnoCORK material. Apart from looking good, it has many functional benefits. It’s a special rubber surface that’s comfortable to touch and it has great anti-slip properties. This makes the handle both comfortable and practical. The design of the TechnoCORK material is similar to black cork and when you look closer, you’ll surely notice small Delphin logos with letters TC, the acronym for TechnoCORK. Now you have the correct solution when deciding between a cork or rubber, it’s TechnoCORK!
